Common questions

No. OppIQ produces estimates and educational analysis based on your inputs and public market signals. Nothing on this platform is a guarantee, forecast, or promise of income. Business results depend on execution, market conditions, and factors outside our control.

A curated database of business models we track, combined with market-signal categories (search interest trends, competitive density, entry cost bands) and your personal profile. We label estimates and inference explicitly in every report.

A deterministic scoring engine compares your profile — budget, weekly hours, skills, interests, risk tolerance, income goals, and more — with each opportunity's requirements across 12+ dimensions. AI then explains the score in plain language. AI does not invent the number.

Your original report stays viewable in a limited preview. Advanced sections (30-day plan, full ranked list, saved reports) remain locked until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted immediately; you can upgrade or leave any time.

No. OppIQ helps you decide and plan. You still own the execution. That is intentional — automating execution is where 'AI business' products lose credibility and users lose money.

Opportunity metrics are refreshed on a rolling schedule. Free trial users see a snapshot. Starter users get a monthly refresh. Pro users get weekly updates and can watchlist specific opportunities for movement alerts.
